The welfare of your dog is my primary concern.
- One to one attention – there is only me and your dog (or housemate, friend if necessary). Plus of course, Radio 2!
- Relaxation – at my salon in Harpenden your dog will enjoy my undivided and immediate attention thereby avoiding the stress of other animals and waiting times.
- Wash & dry – washed by hand with the choice of the best shampoos most suitable for your dog. All products are hypo-allergenic. Your dog will be towel and hand dried.
- Brush & dematting – matted fur is usually very uncomfortable for your pet. Mats can be brushed or clipped out. I will discuss the best way to deal with your dog's coat.
- Ears – cleaned with ear wash and the ear canal is kept free of unwanted hair which can lead to infections.
- Nails – nails are assessed on every visit and trimmed if necessary.
- Clipping & styling – either clipping or stripping. Styling is to Breed Industry Standard or your stated requirements.
- Health check – I will advise you of any issues that we believe may compromise the well being of your dog.
